# enough.

> Enough is a UK not-for-profit (CIC) and social movement to prevent rape. Survivors can report what happened, take a discreet self-swab DNA test, and access free recovery resources — independent of the police.

Enough (myenough.com) gives survivors a private way to report what happened in their own words, self-collect a DNA sample at home, and access free recovery resources — whether or not they also report to the police or a Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC). Enough describes itself as "Option 3": complementary to, not a replacement for, police reporting or a SARC forensic examination. Enough is registered as We are Enough CIC, company no. 16231918 (England and Wales).
